THE CLIENT AGREES TO
THE FOLLOWING
✦ Clients must be 18 years of age to apply for commissions.
✦ Prices are for SINGLE USE commissions. And may not be used to monetary gain/reproduction. Industry partners are required to obtain a custom quote / contract proposal before a project can be accepted.
✦ I maintain the right to decline your commission.
✦ Communication for all commissions will be through Email / Phone / Other Messengers given client needs.
✦ The customer has 1-7 business days to confirm their commission before the email and request are removed.
✦ All final work created is copyright to Rott-Rott LLC and may be used by and for advertisements / merchandise / galleries / etc.
✦ Artist promises to only post artwork publicly with a logo watermark on it.
✦ The client and only the client, may re-post the artwork with credit.
✦ Life emergencies will always be communicated to clients if a re-scheduling is to happen.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
✦ Online transactions are paid through Paypal.
✦ Local clients are able to pay in person via check or cash.
✦ The client must pay for their commission as soon as they are able. If invoice has not been paid by the scheduled commission completion date. It will not be worked on.
✦ If the commission is not paid on the day it is scheduled. The client will be emailed for a reschedule request. Failure to pay on time will result in a longer wait.
✦ If a commission is needing to be canceled before work has been placed, a full refund will be issued and commission will be immediately removed from the queue.
✦ If the commission is needing to be canceled after work has been started, only a partial refund is issued as time and labor has already been invested. Any art generated will be provided to the client.
COMMISSION SUBJECT REFERENCE
✦ Absolutely NO adult themed commissions OR satanic implications. I am a SFW* (Safe For Work) Artist. I will only illustrate PG-13 content.
✦ If the content calls for it. Your commission will include clothing.
✦ My area of strength is anthropomorphic / creature related works. However, I can draw humans as well.
✦ Do note that you are paying for my artistic vision. I will follow directions as the client states but adjust color tones of the over all piece to match my creative style.
HOW TO COMMISSION ME
Commissions are accepted and placed on my queue as the client applies for them. This is considered a first come first serve basis. Clients will need to apply for a commission through my commission form.

Upon receiving requests, email communication will express the soonest date available for your artwork to be completed. It is important for the client to respond through email or through other means such as Telegram or Discord. If the client fails to respond within a second reminder, they will be removed the inbox.
The client is encouraged to provide a means of immediate access for WIPS. This allows the artist to proceed quickly. If client is unable to provide a means of immediate access, the commission can be rescheduled or can be turned into an artistic liberty project.

Final files will be sent to the client via email attached to the very same inquiry that was provided. Files are deployed through a third-party called WeTransfer. The client will receive the full resolution file, a smaller more social media friendly dimension, as well as a watermark only image for public online platforms.* (this is for the protection of the client and artist.)
